Management Trainee (Based in China)

Position

Management trainees will be designed to help develop a pipeline of future leaders for Metro and provide a high-quality development of talents. METRO will offer a world-class two-year programme to Management Trainees. Within the programme, Management Trainees will go through a series of international and cross-functional assignments so that they can fill in management positions very fast.

Job responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to company Performance Standards, Policies, and Behaviors
• Contribute to strategy, process, and packaged solution development
• Assist in delivery of high-quality solutions to clients in response to specific business requirements
• Develop functional skills and absorb professional knowledge quickly
• Attend training programs provided by metro, for instance, position training, professional training, management skill training, and etc.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Job qualifications

• A master degree from a leading university or equivalent in the field of business, trade, or hotel management
• 2-3 years of work experience is required, Maximum with 3-year work experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese, written and spoken
• International experience (working, studying, living) is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, quick learning ability, and networking agility
• Self-motivated and ability to work without supervision
• Independent and ambitious
