Our client is currently seeking a Technical Support to join their New York Team.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Trouble shooting, collecting customers’ information, dealing with their problems and sending feedback to R&D
  • Supporting the sales representatives to solve IT related questions.
  • As an assistant to marketing and sales, offering training to our VIP customers and operators
  • Preparing the reports and data accurately and on time
  • Drafting out integrated customer service and training policy
  • Being responsible for the delivery and product appendix

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • IT related major and working experience preferred
  • Good at windows operating system installation and familiar with TCP/IP, DHCP, LDAP, DNS
  • Highly problem solving ability and communication skills
  • Positive, liable and professional
  • Bilingual (fluent with Chinese and English), Spanish is also acceptable

  • 收集客户信息,处理客户意见、建议,及时向有关部问反馈。
  • 协助销售人员和客户进行各个层面(业务、技术实现)的技术交流和解答。
  • 支持市场和销售,为客户和工程人员提供相关培训。
  • 快速准确并按技术支持经理需求提供所有报告、数据,如周工作计划/报告等。
  • 辅助部门制定售后服务政策,员工及客户的培训制度
  • 负责发货设备、软件配置清单的制作。
  • 接收和协助解决客户遇到的各类现场技术问题,及时准确的把现场信息反馈给销售和研发部门。
  • 其他被安排的工作职责

岗位要求

  • 计算机相关专业毕业,有相关经验者优先考虑。
  • 精通WINDOWS安装调试,熟悉网络基本知识,精通TCP/IP,DHCP,LDAP,DNS。
  • 有很强的解决问题能力,具有良好的沟通能力。
  • 工作态度积极,有责任感,具备良好的职业道德。
  • 中英文流利者,英文需熟练,听、说。有较强的沟通能力及抗压能力,头脑灵活
