The Music Catalog team is responsible for persisting, computing, reconciling and vending Music rights and metadata to other teams and services across the company. They process hundreds of millions of updates per day and our services serve tens of thousands of requests per secs to all Company Music Customers. They own critical platforms that make access to the Music Catalog highly available and accessible to everyone.
For this position, you will have a strong background in OO design with C++/Java. Experience working with WebServices, XML, Apache services is desired. Linux system development experience is a plus. Equally important to these specific skills is the ability to multi-task, quickly adapt to new development environments and changing business requirements, learn new systems, create reliable/maintainable code, and find creative and scalable solutions to difficult problems.
