The hiring company is looking for an experienced Product Manager in the Mobile team. This job requires demonstrated management and operation experience.

Requirement:

  • Over 3 years working experience as operation or product manager in IT companies 
  • Used to manage an online platform and increase its subscribers from 0 to thousands
  • Better have at least one degree from American schools and understand the life of Chinese international students in the US
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Suite, Google Suite, social media (i.e., WeChat, FB, etc.), and other professional software (i.e., MS Project, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Chinese and English
  • A flexible leader who is detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable for work output
  • Capable of dealing multiple tasks independently and work in a fast-paced environment

Main Responsibilities:

  • Head the operation of the website and WeChat group as well as customer service, including customer awareness, customer conversion, and expand the platform's impact
  • Assist in platform design and optimization to meet customer needs and coordinate with U.S. partners
  • Design marketing strategy, conduct primary and secondary research on market, customers, and competitors, collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, etc.
  • Organize promotion activities both online and offline
  • You can also choose to base in China, with half of the time working in the U.S.
