Customer Service Representative - Real Estate

Our client, a multi-purpose organization that fosters international commercial, investment, educational, and cultural opportunities for people who are immigrating to the United States of America, is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative who is expert in Real Estate to join its New York Team. This is a key role to attract and retain customers with immigration needs. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, chatty, and hard-working, and can speak fluent Chinese and English.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research on housing and provide information to clients
  • Develop and maintain appropriate files and records; ensure necessary documents are completed and signed by clients
  • Face-to-face customer service, marketing, and sales
  • Handle customer inquiries and assist with service processing
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams in any other ways needed to make sure clients’ concerns are resolved completely and result in a better relationship
  • Help clients quickly adapt to American culture (i.e. organize events, tours, and service related activities to engage existing clients and attract potential customers)
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership and participating in educational opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 1-year customer services and administrative experience (i.e. real estate, law, retail, banking)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work with customers face-to- face
  • Ability to build rapport with clients in a professional demeanor
  • NJ or CT Real Estate License is a plus but not required
