Marketing Director

A New York based forward-thinking Fintech company soon to be listed in Nasdaq with strong banking background is looking for a capable Marketing Director to lead the design and execution of the firm’s global marketing strategy focused primarily on US and China market with extension to other regions.


  • Perform marketing analysis and build value proposition to identify opportunities and risks
  • Work closely with business lead to develop marketing strategy to meet aggressive growth objectives
  • Implement strategies into actionable, efficient project plans, including digital brand development, revenue generation and sales enablement
  • Lead and participate events both traditional and digital to increase visibility to the firm’s products and services.
  • Keep abreast with industry trend and interact with key market experts to enhance the brand influence and expand the market awareness
  • Ability to manage a marketing team
  • Analyze budgets and results


  • 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience with quantifiable revenue responsibility, preferably in the Fintech industry and high-growth company
  • Experience managing marketing initiatives and PR activities
  • Marketing experience in prepaid payment, money transfer, or banking is highly preferred
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule with strong self-initiative
  • Able to combine strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Write and speak both Chinese and English fluently
  • Previous experience with traditional marketing, digital marketing in China and US Market
  • Proven track record of success in senior management role with P&L responsibility
  • BA/BS required, MBA in Marketing preferred
  • Authorized to work in U.S. with no limitations
  • Salary and benefit to be negotiated based on the experience (80K-120K plus incentives including shares for director-level; 50K-80K for manager-level)

  • 大学本科以上学历,有至少8年以上市场营销管理相关工作经验
  • 有很强的沟通表达能力及公关能力,较强的团队合作精神和客户服务意识
  • 能承受较强的工作压力,思维开阔,又创造性和主动性
  • 能提供过往成功营销推广案列
  • 中英文读写流利
  • 薪资福利面议 (8-12万,加上项目股权激励)
