They are currently looking for several Business Development Associates in their NY team. The company provides restaurant point-of-sale solution for dine-in, take-out and delivery. Its compatible software helps restaurants to operate efficiently and connect with the customer in innovative ways. The Business Development Associate role will build a good relationship and provide a high-level of services to its clients.



  • Source and generate new business opportunities through making outbound cold calls, sending touch-base emails, and following up with potential clients
  • Introduce products and services to potential clients through well-prepared sales scripts to set appointments
  • Follow up with potential clients to further engage in business opportunities
  • Guide and lead clients to appropriate sales executives for case closure and further partnerships
  • Create a positive first impression to clients by delivering a world-class customer experience
  • Thrive to reach monthly goals and create new methods of business development



  • Comfortable of making dozens of phones calls per day with strong professional phone presence
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer services preferred
  • A self-starter with strong work ethics
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, hospitality or relevant majors preferred
