Business Development Specialist

The hiring company is a leading American internet company providing intelligent dining and ordering system in catering business. Their products serve a full range of restaurants, help restaurants optimize expenses, improve revenue, enhance management, and accommodate the needs of new internet era.

Currently, they are looking for several Business Development Specialists to join their team.


  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
  • Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers’ value to the organization.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to public
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials both in English and Mandarin
  • 25% Travel 



  • 梳理reseller需求体系,寻找和甄选合适的reseller,进行沟通洽谈并完成签约
  • 跨部门沟通跟进和参与大型餐饮连锁开发、签约、审核、上线、销售等一系列工作
  • 负责对大客户及reseller的日常维护、销量提升,配合营销活动策划等工作
  • 运营、公关,市场拓展与渠道维护


  • 优秀的沟通协调能力、分析判断能力和较强的商务拓展及开发能力
  • 具备一定的互联网思维和创新能力,能灵活应变,建立与第三方的合作模式
  • 有酒店管理或客户管理或项目销售专业背景或经验者优先
  • 英语听说流利,会第二外语或广东话者更好
  • 大约有25%的出差需求
