About the Role

The hiring company is a fast-growing international education company. They are hiring a Program General Manager to join their London office. The Program General Manager will advance and support education programs for the group. This role will support partnerships, program development, and administrative management for our current education programs. The mission is to deliver superior education solutions to students who aim to study or work in the United Kingdom.

Job responsibilities

  • Support Director to launch education program in the UK by leveraging social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Twitter, etc.) and other digital platforms to engage current and potential students
  • Act as a liaison with overseas offices in China and the United States to ensure consistency
  • Provide support in assessing, revising, and maintaining processes and procedures to general operations
  • Organize and facilitate tutoring sessions, and promotion events; acquire feedback from attendees for improvement
  • Develop partnerships with college communities to provide more resources for our students
  • Lead tutors, consultants, and other staff to constantly improve existing programs
  • Other administrative tasks as outlined by the director

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in education, coaching, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in higher education, career counseling, or adult learning
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a program management role
  • Demonstrated experience in organizing and facilitating both face-to-face and online training sessions with excellent speaking, presenting, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage programs and projects
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Self-motivated
