The hiring company is a multi-purpose organization created to foster international commercial, investment, educational and cultural opportunities for people who are immigrating to the United States of America. They have partnered with My Job Tank, Inc. to identify a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join their team in NYC. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • File federal, state, and local tax documents by prepare tax returns;
  • Prepare corporate taxes and devise tax strategies to optimize tax payments
  • Review book to tax permanent and temporary differences relate to GAAP statutory
  • Analyze current and deferred tax provisions payable accounts
  • Help taxpayers by using their federal, state, and local codes and see to it that clients receive the maximum benefit permit under the law of government

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in accounting
  • A valid CPA License
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related industry role
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
  • Expert of taxation in US and China
  • IRS Certified Tax Preparer preferred
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
