Marketing Associate

Galaxy Internet based in Beijing is looking for a part-time Marketing Associate that has experience in the buy-side of the finance industry (VC/PE). This is within the International Department in charge of the global expansion of Galaxy Group.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinating with internal marketing team and assisting with promotional activities of Galaxy Internet (events, exhibitions, etc.);
• Drafting and proofreading English marketing materials;
• Engaging in business development, representing Galaxy Internet to potential partners in a professional way.

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• BS in business administration, accounting, finance or a similar field from a top university;
• Excellent (native-level) English writing, presentation, and communication skills;
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• High attention to detail;
• Strong work ethic;
• Part-time, 3 days /week.

Preferred experience:

• Individual with entrepreneurial or investment experience;
• Strong IT knowledge, with a background in technology or working experience from a tech startup;
• Proven ability to work in a global collaborative environment.
