Immigration Operational Director (Chinese bilingual)

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of office daily operation.
• Developing and achieving company business and profit objectives.
• Designing, developing, and improving department programs.
• Setting strategic long and short-term departmental goals and evaluating outcomes.
• Supervising and evaluating team member’s performance.
• Research on periodic changes in immigration policies and regulations.
• Develop and deliver legal training to business & marketing teams.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and adherence to company policy.
• Arrange and attend in routine team meetings or meetings with CEO to follow up on the on-going program.
• Performing other duties assigned.

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law or business management.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• 3+ years of management experience in similar industry.
• Experience in case management highly preferred.
• Law background in the U.S.A. or China is a plus.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
