The hiring company is a research and consulting institute base in Mineola, NY. They are dedicated to providing entrepreneurs with systematic training services in legal, tax, finance, insurance, human resources and other professionals areas, with a combination of the US state and local policies for Chinese enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources
- Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature
- Participate in and independently conducting internal and external interviews
- Identify implications and “so-whats” of data and provide analysis
- Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data
- Define and deconstruct problems
- Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses
- Gather and analyze information and data
- Formulate and test hypotheses
- Develop and communicate recommendations
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 0-1 year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and internship
- Experience in Management Consulting a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Mandarin
