Management Consultant

The hiring company is a research and consulting institute base in Mineola, NY. They are dedicated to providing entrepreneurs with systematic training services in legal, tax, finance, insurance, human resources and other professionals areas, with a combination of the US state and local policies for Chinese enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs and projects for client engagements with responsibilities to establish governance routines and lead the company and client teams to achieve successful outcomes
• Ensure the project issues and risks are identified, quantified, managed, tracked and ensuring these items are appropriately communicated and escalated when necessary
• Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources
• Monitor industry statistics and follows trends in trade literature
• Participate in conducting internal and external interviews independently 
• Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
• Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data
• Manage up and communicate status with mid-level and senior-level managers
• Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses
• Develop and communicate recommendations

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree 
• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in management consulting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Mandarin
• Active listening and critical thinking abilities
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization and across cultures
