Job Responsibilities

  • Has full accountability to provide administrative support to BU GM
  • Arrange daily calendar by coordinating appointments, meetings and travel plans
  • Plan annual/quarterly calendar to align with company/BG strategy and initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for meetings including coordination, agenda development and distribution, prepare meeting materials and meeting notes preparation and distribution
  • Handle full spectrum of travel arrangements, including research/book flights, hotels and ground transportation; passport and visa documents, expense claim
  • Provide English/Chinese translation for both internal and external meetings and materials wherever necessary
  • Maximize both internal and external resources to optimize BG operation, in terms of:
  • Be responsible for bi-weekly BG LT team con-call and relevant LT meetings/activities coordination and agenda maintenance
  • Act as BG key contact person, cooperate with BG Sales Leads and other functional leaders to facilitate the daily operation and effective communication
  • Keep and maintain an orderly filing system
  • Oversee maintenance of high quality intranet and Sharepoint sites 
  • Be responsible of (or lead wherever necessary) BG events/initiatives, including but not exclusive of POA, quarterly LT plus meetings and RM/DM/Assistant forums
  • Assist BU GM/LT to drive business growth, strategy and innovation, as well as the cultivation of BG culture and team cohesiveness
  • Keep alignment with compliance policy from all aspects

 

Requirements

  • 22-30 years old preferred, 3 years or more working experience preferred
  • Bachelor and above, master preferred, overseas educational background highly preferred
  • English major preferred, English above 6 CET or similar certificate (TOEFL/ IELTS)
  • Relevant administrative experience in multinational companies preferred 
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Power-point, Outlook)
  • Excellent team work spirit
