We’re seeking a dedicated, driven, and passionate Marketing intern to join our team. Someone who is a self motivated, creative and hardworking that can support, suggest, create and develop marketing material. The intern will work closely with the Marketing Team to execute activities to support our sales and marketing goals. As well as help develop new ways to share, present and showcase the brand and programs. You will collaborate with the CEO, Academic Experience Director, Marketing Manager, and Graphic Design team to support the development of marketing assets and facilitate where required the marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively Searching for new clients/audience through US and China Platforms
  • Collecting new leads from social media platforms and engage with them
  • Experience in building online community
  • Experience in running successful social media accounts
  • Actively Repost Social Media Posts to different US and China media platforms
  • Assisting with the management of social media accounts
  • Sourcing content, write WeChat Articles
  • Analyzing audience response to content
  • Create a better User experience and interaction with our content
  • Have been a member of many active WeChat Groups
  • Ability to honestly and accurately scope projects
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within the field
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and take feedback
  • Knowledge of social media platforms in US and China

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bilingual; must speak and write in Mandarin and English
  • Having a background in art is a plus, but not necessary
  • Social Media Savvy
  • Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, YouTube, Bilibili, Little Red Book experience
  • Good writing skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Well organized and willing to adapt to new project management workflows
  • Open to learning, dedicated to improving, committed to excellence
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure
  • The ability to work unsupervised
