My Job Tank is looking for a Recruiting Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Team in New York City. My Job Tank, Inc. is a staffing agency that provides global talents for enterprises with international perspective. Our service is the ultimate solution for multinational enterprises and employers with interests in international business.

The Recruiting Intern will be an instrumental part of our team and candidates’ first and ongoing impression of My Job Tank. The ideal candidate should be result-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized and knack for juggling multiple fast moving pieces.  

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full-cycle of recruitment; screen, evaluate, interview candidates through effective methods
  • Assist with internal and external communications of My Job Tank team
  • Draft job descriptions and post positions via ATS and external job boards
  • Maintain and expand talent pool
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Psychology or a related major 
  • Previous experience in Human Resources/Recruiting preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Detail-orientated
  • Team player and fast learner
  • Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Words, Excel, and PPT)
  • Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
